Biography

Ircania Valera stands at the forefront of the fastest growing life insurance services market and one of the top industries since 2016. In Her current role as the founder and owner of Valera Insurance Services. Ircania devotes her time to interviewing clients to
determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, goals and objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop an insurance plan. Ircania’s dream is to focus on the Latino Community and Women Insurance Needs. Educating the community on how to make sound insurance decisions and take charge of their future.

In addition, in her current position as an agent assistant Ircania focuses her time in simplifying the agent client base and services pipeline. Assisting agents manage their customer’s relationships, book of business, and service needs. Embracing the core
values of accountability, trust, and understanding, she consistently delivers the customer relationship management assistance to insurance agents and clients. With her experience in offering insurance planning tools that meet the client’s objectives.
Ircania’s drive, passion, and analytical mind make her ideally suited for the Insurance Services Profession. Her distinguished career includes servicing more than 100 plus clients per year. Ircania’s empathy and care for others aligns her to work with the elderly market with final expense life insurance policies and Medicare Advantage plans.

Ircania holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and bachelor’s degree in business management from UMASS Boston.

Furthermore, she has a strong involvement with the local business community including serving as the Executive Board Secretary at the North Shore Latino Business Association (NSLBA). In the past Ircania was a member of the Lynn BNI and a Mentor at EforAll Lynn.
Profoundly driven by her commitment to help others, Ircania is dedicated to her agents, clients, and community. She feels that she develops partnerships by assisting her clients. Her relationships with clients rely upon more than a simple one-time-transaction.
Ircania is originally form the Dominican Republic and migrated to the city of Lynn at the age of nine. Ircania and her 13-year-old daughter reside in the city of Lynn, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing salsa, watching movies, and going for long walks with
her dog Lucy on the beach. Family and friends say that Ircania is “super positive” and approaches her personal life as well as her business with a can-do-attitude.
